Over the 4 week course, there will be 4 classes, each class corresponding to one of our 4 pillars. We’ll kick things off with ‘Week One: Cooking Basics’.
Each week you’ll attend a live & interactive, 2hr class, taught by our amazing chef team. These live classes run as a cook along, are fully interactive, and are the backbone and focus of our course.
For each class, you’ll receive a Class Prep Sheet, which will include the shopping list and equipment list you’ll need – like this one, for week one. Our recipes are flexible and versatile, so you’ll find the ingredient lists are packed with substitute suggestions.

There will be a series of time slots available for every class. Each week you simply choose the slot that suits you best! You’re the boss, and are free to build the course around you and your lifestyle.
You can choose to book all four classes in advance, or book them week by week – it’s up to you. We’re driven to make our course as flexible and accessible as possible.
All our teaching is live, and completely interactive. We’ve found that interaction is key to effective learning; it provides the energy, support and individual guidance that really makes a difference.
Each class is held live on Zoom and taught by our chef team. Our chefs are experts in leading cookery classes, and in teaching all things food. You’ll cook along, free to ask any question, any time. It’s like a TV show which you can interrupt and interact with. Whatever is going on in your kitchen – if you need support, feeling unsure, or something isn’t looking right – you’ll ask your question, and find a solution with the chef.

We’ll show you the core foundations of cooking at home. Simple tricks to become more effective and more efficient in your kitchen, plus knife skills to give you more confidence as you cook.
Once we’ve chopped, sliced, diced, and smashed a variety of ingredients, we’ll whip them up into a tantalising stir-fry. We’ll also explain the building blocks of stir-fry’s, so that you have the know-how to make any stir-fry you like!

Time can be the number one pressure in the kitchen and the biggest barrier to a home cooked meal.
The confidence and effectiveness gained throughout this course will really help with your speed. Every week with us, every skill learned or hack gained will help. However, we’ve created a pillar specifically focused on adding rocket fuel to your kitchen game.
We’ll take you through our three-point plan to cooking quicker and suggest dishes that are perfect for when the clock is ticking.
During the class we’ll make a showstopping pasta, and a simple yet hearty salad. Both these dishes are ideal speedy meals, and we’ll take you through the building blocks of each. You’ll understand their formula and have the confidence to whip them up with any ingredients you fancy!

Eating & cooking healthier isn’t achieved with one recipe, or in one moment. It’s achieved through cooking more at home, and by adopting healthier practices that can be easily maintained. In this class, we’ll equip you to do just that.
We’ve chosen to cook the most delicious thai-inspired menu to demonstrate how you can make healthier choices – whilst enjoying a lip-smacking meal.
If that wasn’t enough, we’ll also introduce you to our guide to Mastering Taste – a formula to help you intuitively taste, adjust, and improve the dishes you cook at home. Naturally, we’ll be practising this formula throughout the course.

Food can be expensive, but here’s the good news – you can eat well on a budget. We’ll show you how to prioritise cooking more affordably, and take you through our three-point plan.
In this class we’ll be creating a sensational curry – a perfect meal to cook on a budget. Curries are incredibly versatile, so we’ll take you through their building blocks, empowering you to freestyle in the future – using what you have, what you like or what’s on offer. We’ll cook 6 portions so you’ll have leftovers in the fridge or freezer – bulk cooking really helps bring prices down.
We’ll also whip up some homemade chapati, demonstrating the basics of quick bread making, finishing things up with perfect basmati rice!

We’ll ditch the rules, the overcomplicated techniques, and the unnecessary theory. Instead, we’ll champion simplicity, practical hacks, and basic common sense. All our teaching will be grounded in what works for you in the real world.
Over 4 weeks, we’ll nurture the skills, intuition, and confidence you need to conquer your kitchen.
You’ll feel less reliant on convenience meals, more confident to overcome the pressures you face in the kitchen, and more able to build cooking around you and your lifestyle.
