Francesco & Jack will cook for you, demonstrating what they’re doing and serving their creations as they go.
You’ll be taken on a journey through different types, styles and shapes of pasta. From ravioli, right through to gnudi – paired with indulgent sauces.
Over 3 hours the menu will be demonstrated & cooked right in front of you. You’ll learn the tips, tricks and insights to perfect pasta. How to make beautiful dough. How to create incredible shapes. How to build sensational sauces. And throughout – you’ll be served the food they create – live and in the moment.
It’s set to be a special and unique evening unlike anything else. Immersive, interactive & lively, with sensational food. It may get messy, but it will certainly be good fun! And to keep it intimate, there are just 15 places available, which will sell out quickly.

Aperitivo: Freshly baked focaccia alongside home-made pestos.
Royale Ravioli: Rich egg pasta dough ravioli, filled with seasonal mushroom duxelle. Served with a creamy butter sauce & shaved truffle.
Tagliatelle Amatriciana: Durum wheat semolina tagliatelle, served with a sweet San Marzano tomato & guanciale sauce.
Tuscan Gnudi: Naked ravioli with spinach and sheep ricotta, served with a creamy sage butter & lemon sauce.
Digestivo: Salame al cioccolato

Jack and Francesco used to work together at Jamie Oliver’s Cookery School – and were both Head Chef at different moments. They both own and run their own businesses – Cookable, and Our Cooking Journey. As colleagues and friends, they’re partnering up to deliver the ultimate pasta experience.
